Upon review of the borrower and property information, your file will go to the underwriter for final approval. Once approved your file will go to our closing department where the loan documents will be sent to escrow.

The closing agent (escrow) will coordinate signing of all required documents. Upon completion and verification of signed documents, Excelsior will send the requested funds to close.
