RESIDENTIAL REHAB LOAN

A rehab loan is used primarily for the acquisition and repair of a property. Excelsior can provide capital, based on the after repair value (ARV) of the property up to 75 percent LTV. Excelsior specializes in short-term rehab loans to real-estate entrepreneurs and contractors flipping properties for a quick sale. These specialty loans are short-term with a 6-month term. Interest rates and points vary by location, differing loan conditions and transaction type.

Bridge loans are short-term interim financing solutions. Typically, bridge loans are used until a permanent form of financing can be obtained. Many Borrowers use a bridge loan to purchase a property that will be held in a rental portfolio.
